The variations of production speed and dough weights are controlled electronically by two inverters, with simple controls for an easy adjustment. The re-circulating food oil lubrication system is fitted with a floating sensor and a filter that guarantee the machines constant good working.
The machine has wheels for an easy movement and a tray for waste collection. Electrical plant and hoppers protective grid are in compliance with the European Community Rules.
