Description   Apurified preparation of lactase derived from Aspergillus oryzae,  International Enzyme Number EC 3.2.1.23, GB2760

At Ph4.537per minute releases 1umole ONP-Gis a lactase unit.

                 conditions the shelf life of the product is one year without
                 noticable loss of activity.
 
Suggested adding method:
A  activity: hydrolyze the lactase with pure water to 170000 ALU/g
B  dosage: 1000ml lactase solution per ton milk
C  temperature: 5—25
D  pHthe nature pH value of milk,about pH6.5
E  reaction time3days below 25
