Buyer has *8 hours to issue SBLC/BG. 6. Seller to provide Buyer approximate window for first shipment. Buyer has *2 hours to confirm ability to receive product during delivery window. 7. Seller may arrange independent inspection by either SGS or Caleb Brett confirming quality and quantity. 8. Delivery payment to be wired transferred to HPC. At the time product ownership is transferred to the Buyer by certificate of ownership or bill of sale.
