The variety grown is 'Tsounati' which has been domesticated in the area and grown for its unique charachteristics the past **0 to ***0 years. The dry climate in relation to the lack of irrigation, the hight altitute (Av. **0 m. above sea level) and the sustainable managment system, enable us to produce higher quality oilve oil, with a unique flavour and an outstanding aroma.
