Extrusiones de toledo which is an independent aluminium extrusion company, situated in the centre of Spain, a few kilometres away from Madrid. E.T. has been founded in march ***8, nowadays we have a highly sophisticated installation on a *0.**0 m2 of surface, equipped with 3 extrusion presses, 1.**0t , 2.**0t and 2.**0t, and a production capacity of *5.**0 tons of aluminium profiles per year, also we have installed a new anodising and coating system. We supply a high quality surface product (we produce our profiles with circulation of liquid nitrogen through the die during the extrusion process to get a excellent quality surface), together with a competitive service in terms of finishing, machining (with the possibility of offering service as mechanisation and precision cut), packaging and delivery time. Our current range of aluminium alloys is composed of ***5, ***0, ***3, ***2, and ***6 but under request we can supply other alloys. More than 6.**0 customised extrusion dies, stocked in our warehouse in just nine years of activity, is a proof of the high value and competence on this business we supply to our collaborators in the industry. Just over *0% of our yearly turnover is in exports, mainly to the European market. Since the beginning we led our efforts to achieve standard of a high quality product, obtaining the ISO ***1/***0 certification, conceded by AENOR. we have a traceable production process driven by an SAP-installed software equipment.
