Plastic takes more than hundred years to decompose and its waste in landfills emits significantly greenhouse gases which causes global warming. Eco Go has two ranges of tableware lines. Both of them are biodegradable products. Firstly, I would like to introduce you to Cassava starch products which are mainly composed of cassava or known as tapioca starch. Cassava starch products come in a wide range of various sizes and shapes. They are of rigid construction almost foam like and only come in an earthy tone as natural color from starch. Cassava starch products can be used in any conditions whether, cool drink, wet or dry dishes even hot food. They can with stand temperatures of **8 to *0 degree Celsius. The most advantage of this range is disposal route. They are easy to get rid of. As they are all natural, they can decompose very quickly and only take up to 7 days to dissolve in water at room temperature. They also can be composted for fertilizers or used as animal feed mix. As you know the cost of biodegradable products is quite higher compare to plastics. Therefore, we have developed another range which is Corn starch based products. Their prices will match the price of plastics. They are mainly composed of cornstarch and blended with some assistance substances such as PLA and PCL, which are known as biodegradable plastics. The performances of corn starch based products are as similar or even better then plastic packaging products. They can with stand temperatures of **0 to **0 degree Celsius. Composting will be the preferred route for disposal . Corn starch based products are biodegradable in *2 days
