product. Alfalfa Poitou also offers different types of forage
clover, various grasses, and organic products. Green fodder, rich
in protein (*5% to *5%), vitamins and trace elements. The alfalfa
is dried at low temperature between *0°**0° in order to keep all of
the protein of the plant and to get an alfalfa **0 % digestive.This
drying system preserves all the nutritional values of the
product.
With our dehydrated alfalfa we\'re producing alfalfa pellets but
