electronics, semiconductor and solar generation industries,
includes: **6semi-grade single crystal silicon ingot;
6,8solar-grade single crystal silicon ingot; extension interlayer
heavily doped semiconductor silicon slice; milling slice and
silicon polishing slice used by **6MOS circuit, microwave circuit
and memory circuit; semiconductor thermoelectric cooling material,
DBC Substrate and supporting services of semiconductor equipment
