global offshore marine group specializing in the building of
Offshore Support Vessels ("OSVs"). Our Group is also one of the top

Since the humble
beginnings in ***8 building only fishing vessels, to date the Group
owns and operates one of the most famous shipbuilding yards for
Offshore Support Vessels in China. Our Group focuses on the
construction and engineering of complex, sophisticated,
environmentally friendly and quality OSVs that are equipped with
the latest technology for use in the offshore oil and gas
exploration and production ("E&P") and oil services industries
including safety standby vessels (SSVs), anchor handling tug supply
("AHTS") vessels, accommodation barges and multi-purpose
accommodation workboats.
