Well qualifed engineers and consultants are available to the company for active brain - storming and better solutions. The main aim while designing is enhanced production with much reduced capital cost; Lighter material of construction with Strategic Re - inforcement for long life ; and use of readily available bearings/components. Production regulation is designed for inexpensive programmable logic controllers now easily available and conveniently coupled with various drives/valves and transducers. We lend involvement also into civil construction interacting with architects for opening gaps in the slab for ducts - cables and pipes for better illumination/viewability. For un- interrupted production we forecast major and minor break downs and design the maintenance schedule. The flow of material in and out of the plant is also considered to design or correct existing pathways.
