We are specialized in supply chain of fashion accessories such as scarves, shawls, gloves, hair band, belts, fashion jewelries (both semi-precious and imitation), handbags, shoes etc.. We work with brand name customers such as Turkish brand MAVI,COQUET accessories;and other chain stores around the world. The founder is a Canadian Chinese who is familiar with Asian supplier chain and the markets in Europe and North America.

What we do

Buying/Sourcing agency service:

1) Search products and price information and send samples

2) Making samples from your design or sample provided by you.

3) Worry-free service including invitation letter, hotel booking, airport pick-up and drop-off, local car service etc.for your collection trip.

4) Organize and accompany you for onsite visit to potential manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers and commodity markets according to your requirements.

5) Discussion on product specifications, market protection, packaging details and payment terms etc.

6) Placing order as you required and follow up with production schedule

7) Factory audit and quality control

8) Consolidation of goods from different suppliers and container loading etc.

9) Shipment booking with freight forwarders, customs clearance, and make shipping documents

More Information About How to Work:

Before you come to China:
1) Issue business invitation letter to you.. 
2) Make hotel reservation for you (we can get *0 or *0% discount in most hotels
3) Arrange airport pick-up

During your trip:
1) Arrange professional staff with good English to accompany you to do collection in market or in factories. 
3) Help you bargain price, and communicate your instructions with sellers
4) Write down all the order details: for example, item no., description, quantity,,size, color, packing details and so on.
5) Take photos and arrange sample making or collection.
6) Submit order form with photo to you for finial order confirmation. 

After your trip
1) Place your orders with the sellers after your final order confirmation and upon the receipt of *0% deposit. 
2) Assign professional staff to supervise and follow up with the production according to your instruction.

3) Arrange test service at your cost if needed, such as AZO, Nickel, Cadmium, Phathalate test etc.

4) Make shipment booking with your ship agent or our ship agent at your choice. 
5) Control order quality and quantity and send inspection report to you for approval.

6) Arrange and supervise container loading in our warehouse.

7) Prepare shipping documents according your instruction and send the copy to you for approval. 
8) Release the document to you upon receipt of your balance payment.
