L.G. Distribucion which has been active for the last *3 years. We have been involved with several businesses with PEMEX the largest Oil Company in Mexico. We are currently working with this company in identifying potential buyers for substantial amounts of scrap. They have ships, petrochemical plants, and other assets they want to sell. They sell these assets through public auctions. The process involved in these auctions is rather complex, but we have had ample experience in dealing with the institution.
