NILOS INDIA is also active in the field of Conveyor Belt Service and can undertake Belt installations, Vulcanizing and repair work. The NILOS TEAM can carry out both Hot and Cold splicing. NILOS INDIA maintains a team of well trained technicians and are in the process of setting up Service Centers all over India to cater to immediate requirements of our customers. Our technicians are available to demonstrate our vulcanizers upon delivery and can train maintenance staff in the process of vulcanizing and repair of conveyor belts, or carry out splicing and vulcanizing on a contract basis. This long belt conveyor (LBC) carries limestone and shale mined from Nongtarai limestone reserves of Meghalaya, India and transports the material to a 1.2 million ton per year cement plant at Noarai Chhatak, Bangladesh set up by Lafarge Surma Cement Ltd. NILOS India offers field service for installation and splicing of new belts, routine maintenance and repair of belt damages as well as other conveyor belt related work including pulley lagging, chute linings etc. NILOS India is associated with leading manufacturers of steel cord and fabric belts to provide installation service to their clients. NILOS India is also the preferred Contractor for most major OEM's in the Bulk Material Handling Industry.
