Strong Casting Co., Ltd located in Qingdao City, Shandong province, and our factory located in Linyi City, Shandong  province, is an OEM manufacturer specializing in iron casting, steel casting and aluminum die casting parts, according to the customers' drawings or samples. The company is ISO***1:***0 certified with a fixed capital of RMB *0 million and with about ***0 staff working for it.

In the iron foundry, there are two green sand production lines and two resin sand production lines, hence having a huge capacity in producing all kinds of grey iron, ductile iron and other alloy iron casting parts. Considering that parts with different applications will have different requirements in the aspect of material components and mechanical properties, the company adopted cupola and electric furnace accordingly. All the melting equipment available in the foundry includes one 3T/H, 5T/H, 7T/H, *0T/H cupola, 2T/H electric furnace respectively. In die casting foundry, **0T, **0T and **0T aluminum cold chamber die casting equipment is available, with materials adopted such as aluminum (***1, ***3, ***5), Aluminum alloy, A**0, A**0, A**3, AlSi*0Mg, ADC*0, ADC*2, ZL**4, ZL**7 to meet the customers' different requirements.

In the machining workshop, Engine lathe, NC lathe, Vertical CNC, Horizontal CNC, NC Miller, Planer Type Miller and Radial Drill are introduced to meet different levels of machining requirement, such as roughing and finishing. Additionally, the company introduces a series of advanced inspection equipment, such as spectral apparatus, metallographic analyzer, crackmeter, hardness tester, universal materials testing machine and three coordinates measuring equipment which guarantee a high level of product quality.
