The Company Founded in Johannesburg in June ***1 as Remkor Tools. The company was renamed Remkor Technologies (Pty) Ltd in July ***2 to reflect the widening scope of the business, following the successful exportation of telecom equipment to Africa, Asia, South America, North America and Europe. It presently employs over **0 personnel on company owned premises in West Turffontein, in the south of Johannesburg, conveniently close to City Deep, the inland harbour of South Africa. The company occupies premises consisting of *0 **0 m2 of land on two adjacent stands with offices and factories totalling ***0 m2. Vision To be the most sought after, internationally recognized, superior supplier of engineered products in Southern Africa, specialising in stainless steel products, and wherever possible to find new markets for locally developed products and ideas as part of a global economy. Mission To provide complete products and services from design, tool & die, manufacture and powder coating to local and international clients, consistently meeting ISO ***1 : ***0 specifications. To exceed current clients expectations through service delivery and quality products, and to develop a larger market in Africa and the rest of the world. Quality Remkor has implemented ISO***1:***0 quality management system, Certified by TUV. We have been certified since ***2. Recognitions Remkor has won various awards from SASSDA over the years, for its continuously high level of quality designed products, utilizing stainless steel. Customizations We constantly strive to deliver an unsurpassed manufacturing service to customers, by having highly trained and competent staff. We are able to provide a complete package from design through to finished product, to customer required specifications. We maintain high production quality through judicious capital investments, often being the leaders to import such machinery into Africa.
