two main divisions: a Recycling Division and a Packaging

Recycling Division
Using a patented process, the Company has a PET
cleaning and refining plant located in the western Nigeria; we
chose this region because of its environmental favorability
and because most leading manufacturing companies have their plants
in the west (Ogun, Ibadan) .Her annual capacity is *6 million
pounds and it utilizes bottle feed stock from Lagos and Ogun State,
which collect over **0,**0,**0 pounds per year. The Company is
totally vertically integrated, and use all or almost all of its
recycled material in its Manufacturing
Division.
The Company currently has
commitments from customers who purchase virtuallly all
production capacity.
