At present, over sixty percent of the domestic cutting tools are made from cemented carbide material, the disadvantage of which is the consumption of W, Co. those are the rare strategic resources,and the rare noble metal is facing the crisis of exhaustion.

On the contrary, we are providing with the metal ceramic material made of Ti and V.. The component percentage of Ti in the crust is 0.6%，which is *1 times as much as Cu and ranked tenth in abundance. The composition percentage of V. in crust is 0.*2%, larger than Cu, Sn, Zn, and Ni.

About the products, the Ti(C, N) based metal ceramic we provided is credited with the advantages of high red-hardness, low friction and good abrasion resistance; the defects of stick and scratch on tools,and the built-up edge in the production will be avoided; the good capacity of abrasion resistance will prolong the life time of the cutting tools, and be conductive for removing cuttings.

About the raw material, the raw materials demanded by our metal ceramic are richly reserved in Sichuan province. China ranks the first in the reservation of Ti, which means *0% of the whole reservation of the world, and over *0.5% of it is reserved in Panzhihua district, Sichuan province. The reservation of V. in Panzhihua occupies the *0.5% of China, which means *8% of the world. The reservation percentage of Ni. in Sichuan province is 3.2% of China, and mainly in Chengdu.
