   Rubber conveyor belt vulcanization is a process of turning raw rubber into a cooked plastic, the raw rubber is similar to a clay-like plastic, which contains a certain ratio of sulfur, through heating, pressure, after a period of chemical reaction to become elastic rubber, in this process, sulfur serves as the bridge between rubber molecules, so this kind process of making raw rubber into cooked rubber is known as vulcanization. The machine which provides high temperature, high pressure conditions for the process is know as the vulcanization machine.
