4. Certificate of Origin

Sellers Agent will accompany the product to buyer's destination.

Procedure:
Buyer comes down to visit the mines/office where he or she will inspect the operations and goods. And the interim test will be conducted on the product by the Ghana Geological Survey Department.
After buyer is satisfied with the result Then a Agent of the seller will go with the buyer to his refinery to witness the final assay report and see to the full payment of the good for the seller.
