(other name Pregelatinized
starch) is the native tapioca starch
basically. It is physically modified by pressure and hot
temperature. It is soluble in cold water and acts as
a
binder for aqua feeding, cat sand, metal
industries, charcoal, textile,gypsum board,construction industry, mosquito coil,
glue/adhesive tape, etc.
Some customers also use Alpha starch as the
additives for bakery and cookie because of native tapioca starch
as material highly controlled for
food.
