- Aluminum Profile Processing Machinery mainly for Cladding Purposes. (Pneumatic and Hyraulic)

~START-UP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Start-up of the machine and making the relative connections are to be performed exclusively by
specialised personel
2. The machine can function in compliance with the precision and technical parameters envisaged by the
manufacturer only if it is installed in a stable position and in such a way as to reduce vibration while it
is running.
3. Fit the compressed air line hose to the foot pedal, port (1 / P, empty socket). Air supply must be
between **8 bars. Humidity: The quality of the air must fall into CLASS 4 in accordance with ISO
*****1 standards. Maximum DEW POINT with pressure at *3°C.Supplying the machine with non-dry
compressed air can damage pneumatic system components.
4. Fix the stoper part over the pres.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Adjust grove depth from scala. Example *5mm.
2. Insert panel into the mold up to stoper bench.
3. Press the foot pedal firmly up to punching movement.
4. Release pres. Mold returns.
5. Release the panel.
CAUTION:
If you install mold over the desk, please adjust swarf hole which is below the mold.
