GRM**1 amylase has excellent stability under low PH. The amylase is called incision enzyme, which can incise α*1,4 glucoside bond of starch molecular, reduce viscosity of gelatinized starch, to produce soluble dextrin and oligosaccharide.

Dosage  
The optimum dosage of GR-M**1 depends on specific liquidation parameter, such as viscosity, material kinds, liquidation time, PH, temperature and dry density (DS) and so on. For almost materials like dry grinding corn, the suggest is original minimum dosage of GR-M**1 should be begun from 0.**0.3kg/t dry. The minimum dosage should not less than 0.*5kg/t dry.
