PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

VVRS BEEF MAINTENANCE PELLETS / MEAL is a low energy feed suitable for feeding to cattle, to maintain the cattle bodyweights or for low growth rates. Feed in conjunction with a roughage source such as pasture, hay, or silage. Can be fed to beef or dairy cattle. Available in meal or pellet forms. Cattle can be fed using troughs or feeders.

COMPOSITION

&#x***2; Base grain as depicted seasonally and therefore the proportions may vary

.&#x***2; Barley, wheat, maize, sorghum, bran, and pollard, vegetable protein meals, hulls, molasses, vegetable oil, limestone, sodium bentonite, dicalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, ammonium sulphate, organic zinc, flavouring, monensin sodium, VVRS ruminant vitamin & mineral premix.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

&#x***2; THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE FEED. It has been designed to supplement hay, silage and/or pasture feeding.

&#x***2; Roughage should be supplied ad-lib and be not less than *0% of their total intake.

&#x***2; Gradually introduce the feed to the cattle over a 2 to 3 weeks, to allow the rumen to adapt. Minimizing the risk of scouring and acidosis/grain poisoning.

&#x***2; Control the intake of the feed by the cattle to prevent gorging.

&#x***2; Ensure that there is ample access to clean water.

&#x***2; NOTE: These feeding rates should be used as a guide only. The level of feeding should vary depending on the pasture quality, animal bodyweight and condition.

&#x***2; Contains vitamins and mineral to provide essential nutrients for health and wellbeing.
