Working Theory 



The working theory of fractional laser is the fractional photothermolysis. Skin tissue is well-repaired-itself, when skin is damaged by trauma factors, it will be healed by itself. When trauma area is overlarge, the result of healing will lead to scar. While the trauma area is small, it would be healed completely. Fractional laser only works on tiny region of skin to produce a thermal stimulus which can stimulate the contraction hyperplasia of collagen.
