OS-R*5 is an automatic UV screen printing machine print on oil
filter or air filter, and other round containers. The
OS-R*5 machine integrates the production line and packing line. In
the infeed system, the stands up filter auto
turning *0 degrees and lay down on the infeed conveyor and in the
outfeed system, the lay down filter will auto
stand up and goes to the packing line.
The printing quality of OS-R*5 is ensured by ahigh-end
EuropeanMOTOVARIObrand (Italian) main drive motor and
mechanical control of the screen printing stations.OS-R*5 also
equipped with "no-part no-print" sensor which
prevents the squeegee from operating if no part is present in the
printing station.The Omron or Allen-Bradley
(optional) PLC and touch screen controllergives the operator
complete control over all necessary machine
functionsand the jobs parameters can be easily adjusted.
