BZ Series: (no lead) Ba/ Zn stabilizer for soft products; soft product stabilizer( no lead )  

  1. Description:
 
Heat stabilizer is one of the most important component in the formula of PVC. And Ba/Zn based compound stabilizer is becoming more and more popular because its no lead containing and environmental friendly.
 
Its combined by Organic compounds of Ca, Zn, Ba, hydrotalcite, rare earth, internal lubricant, external lubricant, high-efficient synergist, etc.
 
It can meet the production requirement of soft and half rigid PVC products.
 
  1. Features:
 
  1. Without lead. Can substitute the traditional lead-based compound stabilizer.
 
  1. Good thermal stability. Anti-sulphide pollution. Anti-precipitating. With better initial whiteness. Improve products appearance. Make products color more sticky and shiny.
 
  1. Has synergistic effect with phosphite ester antioxidant and epoxidized soybean oil. Improve products thermal stability, weatherability, and transparency. 
 
  1. BZ-F is heat stabilizer developed specially for foaming. Its with high foaming ratio, fine bubble, and controllable foaming speed.
 
  1. Scope of application:
 
In this compound stabilizer series (BZ), we developed 4 items for different products. Details as follow:

  1. Suggested dosage:Its used according to actual situation. Different technic or production cost requires different dosage. But normally add 0.**3 PHR in each **0 PHR PVC resin.
 
  1. Package: *0~*5kg/bag. Packed in multi-layer composites bag which protect from moisture, sunlight and contamination.
