PS**1 EC S2 ***0 is automatic inspection machine that is build in linear type structure and inpect bottle closure inner/outer surface. 

This model can be applied for aluminum, plastic and steel material closures. It guarantees the stable product transfer with vacuum conveyor, qulified inspection technic and ejecting system.

The distinguished P&S Pin hole lens let precision inspection for inner foreign material hidden, On the other side, Hypercentric lens allows the whole inspection of outer surface of cap through on camera.

The EC is acceptable to feed the cap in the following diameter from minimum *2mm to maximum *3mm. At the end of the inspection process, the cap is going to be dounted until set number by operator and discharging into 2 channels.
