Product Details
This is a Floor to Wall metal profile Expansion Joint Cover,featuring a recessed design that's ideal for renovations. The unique flexible seals absorb limited serviceable seismic movement and provide a secure fit and retain flexibility. The frames are adaptable to multiple floor finishes including concrete, VCT & sheet vinyl. The snap-fit design provides for easy on-site installation while an optional vapor barrier slides into the frame for easy installation.

Maintenance

Make an inspection and maintenance schedule for the expansion joint covers firstly.
Using a commercial grade cleaner and water for ordinary cleaning & maintenance
Note: Dont use acid based product to clean the aluminum or rubber surface expansion joint covers
Wipe the damp contaminants by a clean cloth
Using cleaning cloths, warm water and a gentle detergent to clean up the aluminum alloy cover plate.
About some heavy cleaning stains, a solvent or emulsion/ commercial grade spray cleaner may be needed. These cleaners must be spot tested prior to use.
For unexposed expansion joint covers, there is no cleaning required to maintenance
For roof expansion joint covers, it can be cleaned by a mild soup and water
