the truck and OTR tyre steel wire will be removed in front of the whole system by the wire debeader machine, this is the two side wire steel removed from the rim. after that the tire will be fed into the tire rotary double shaft shredder to cut the material into chips, the size is approx *0**0 mm. then the thin steel wire will be removed by the overband magnetic separator after the rubber rasper. the rubber size is approx ***8mm. transport the material to the next step of the rubber mulching machine to get out the Nylon by the Zig zag separator machine, the discharge size of the material **9mm. the mesh rubber will grind by the rubber grinder. the detail size is optional by customers.
