We CAVIAR COURT food processing member of A. Al Faris Group of Industries, grows sturgeon at most advanced facilities designed and built in accordance with closed recirculating technology. The facilities represent self-sufficient indoor units equipped with sophisticated water treatment hardware. CAVIAR COURT boasts a state-of-art caviar and fish processing plant. Designed and built in accordance with the most rigorous sanitary norms, it satisfies all generally accepted hygiene standards such as those that are in force in Europe, the USA and the other developed countries. Furthermore, operation of the plant is carried out in accordance with advanced and well-developed HACCP protocols. When making our Caviar we follow traditional methods and recipes that have been applied to processing sturgeon roe for centuries. The resulting product represents “malossol” caviar has not only offers the consumer the most genuine and natural taste but also boasts outstanding texture, large and firm grain and attractive color. CAVIAR COURT produces high quality “Ossetra Malossol” grade caviar of the following Sturgeon Species: Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, Acipenser Baerii and their crossbreeds.
