Product Description

PCBN hardness is weaker than diamond and PCD only,Because of its

crystal structure and inter-crystalline arrangement,makes it closer to

diamond hardness and compressive strength.

Blades made of PCBN material have extremely high hardness and good

red hardness (tolerate high temperatures of ***0 to ***0°C),

oxidation resistance (no chemical reaction with iron metals at

temperatures of ***0 to ***0°C) and resistance Fracture toughness,It

is the ideal tool for turning ferrous materials. Compared to cemented

carbide and ceramic tools, PCBN has excellent thermal conductivity,

and under the same turning conditions, PCBN tools have lower turning

temperatures.

At present, PCBN tools have been widely used in machining hardened

steels, chilled cast irons, thermal spray materials, pure nickel and other

difficult to machined materials and precision machining,also it have

achieved significant technical and economic benefits
