General: CG—PI **8 is a kind of highly effective water photoinitiator with free radical (Ⅱ style), it absorbs ultraviolet ray to act chemical reaction. It is fit with unsaturated polyester, acrylic acid monomer etc., which compose the water photocuring material. So CG—PI **8 has the big virtue that it is soluble well in water; the wavelenth could be absorbed is distinctly longer than that of other photoinitiators.
