New system chocolate shell line is working by absorbing the
chocolate from the moulds by special carring systems. Absorbed
chocolate is transferred to the stock tank automatically. Capacity
of the line is *0 mould per minute. Mould dimensions are changable
depend on the customers.Cooler power is *6.**0 kcal/hr with gas
cooling.
You can fill the two color of cream inside the chocolate. Whole nut
can be added to the product.All covers are isolated and made of
stainless steel materials. Product vessels are jacketed and
tempertaure controlled.
