CMI RENDER SP (**1)

CMI Render SP (**1) is an environmental friendly, premium quality polymer modified cement/sand render for application on blockwalls, brickwalls and concrete substrates at internal and external application. It is specifically recommended for use as a fine textured sponge finishing for external walls and ceiling to provide an aesthetically pleasant and level wall surface.

CMI Render SP (**1) have a characteristic of better adhesion, flexural strength and abrasion resistance with improved water and weather resistance for exterior finishing application. The use of CMI Render SP (**1) will eliminates the need for key coats or primer normally required for external wall application or onto smooth concrete surfaces.

USES:

Thin render for application onto blockwalls, brickwall and concrete substrates. Can also be used for levelling and patching works for internal and external application. Do not use on painted surfaces.
