EDZCr****0 , EDZCr*0 and EDZW**-KL are our patent electrodes for hard surfacing . EDZCr****0 and EDZCr*0 belong to high-chromium electrodes . The deposit hardness of EDZCr****0 is HRC*5 , which can subject to millions of impacts . The deposit
hardness of EDZCr*0 is HRC****4 . The weld metal contains plenty of hard Carbide . These two electrodes are suitable for coal Crushers , mixer blades . bucketiops , hammer mills and dipper teeth etc . The weld metal of EDZW**-KL contains carbon
and carbide forming elements such as W , Cr , V , RE etc . Its deposit hardness is HRC*0 and high temperature abrasion resistibility is excellent .
