1. Welding is required on both front and back sides, and it takes two times to disassemble and assemble the fixture.
2. Product shape error results in low superior rate.
Solution
Tip 1. Design the special fixture so both side can be welded, which can improve the laser utilization.
Tip 2. Use floating positioning method to improve product positioning accuracy.

1. Double station and manual loading and unloading;
