The new series of continuous casting furnaces VULCANO has similar characteristics of ETNA but simpler graphic interface, a normal control panel connected with an external pc. VULCANO employs a silent medium frequency power system for high speed melting (same of ETNA). Models *3 and *5 are table-furnaces. They can be completed with manual or pneumatic towing, which is able to pull till 4 wires at same time with diameter of **6 mm. Towing system is in aluminium, cooled by water and it works with a step-by-step motor and an epicycloidal reducer.
