The unit is fully self contained and mounted on one support frame. All structural parts are made of stainless steel as well the process equipment. PLC controlled for production, temperature, solid and post dilution. PLC type can be changed to suit the clients request. Safe unloading of product, integrated operator platform, bridging free powder hopper, continuous slurry preparation with solids control, automatic filter station and Jet Cooker "Eco-Jet" with attached post dilution to the desired final consistency.
