***0MT of CU Cathodes to be delivered Steinweg bonded warehouse
(Ndola) between the *7th and *0th November. Stock is currently
being produced. Interested REAL Buyer may contact me by DM.
Procedure is simple.
1. Intending buyer sends LOI with KYC.
2. Seller issues SPA for buyer's review and Signature and return
to seller.
3. Seller returns fully executed SPA to buyer and buyer sends POF
(Bank to Bank) to seller via MT**9 Swift message. Seller issues
full verifiable POP and Proforma Invoice to
buyer.
4. Buyer issues opens LC MT**0 to sellers bank. Seller verifies
and confirms payment instrument and change of ownership is
completed with documents handover at Steinweg. The transaction
can be completed by third party intermediary (KPMG/DLA
Piper).
5. Product origin is DRC and delivery can be done in
Durban.
We have deliberately requested initial POF via MT**9 which is inexpensive and does not imply any commitment by the buyer. We issue POP document as soon as the POF (MT**9) is confirmed by sellers bank. Documents from POP can then be used by buyer to request LC MT**0 if required by their bank.
