I. Application Used to fill Coating, ink, paint, bitumen, glue, lubrication, used in Oil Industry, refine chemical and so on. II. Features:
1. Liquid filling machine adopts Germany OB company technique. High measuring precision and can't be influenced by material.
2. There are fast and slow feeding valves, which promote filling speed and precision greatly.
3. Widely measuring range and the accuracy is ±*0g/barrel.
4. Filling nozzle adopts anti-leak device, air-free in the filling material.
5. Feeding and filling automatically, equipped with pneumatic nipping and capping set. III. Component and work theory
1. It is composed of feeding system, weighing system, frame, capping system, control system, non-power roller and pneumatic control system.
2. Feeding mode: continuous feeding (material fed by pump or hopper)
3. Feeding system provides material fast and slow filling through cylinder by solenoid valves.
4. Filling mode: normal or insertion/penetrating (choose by customer)
5. Weighing System contains weighing bracket, sensors and weighing platform (connected with non-power roll, frame and filling system).
6. Pneumatic control system controls fast and slow feeding valves.
7. During weighing process, except the material please do not add extra force to the balance, so as to make sure the weighing precision. You can change the filling nozzle's height by handle on the top. Operation:
Manual feed drums, press Start , feeding pump starts automatically, fast and slow feeding valves. When achieves setting point 1 to shut off fast feeding valves, When arrives at setting point 2 to stop feeding pump and shut off slow feeding valve. Put on lid by worker and move drums to press lid position (has assistant positioning set). Press cap by worker, move drums after capping. Then Warehousing.(equipped with stainless steel roller )
