Chassis

Strengthened I section centre members are
welded automatically between **0/*2 mm bottom
or top flat steel and 5 mm hub plate by being
submerged in the welding machine.

These racks are supported against twisting by
binding with axle beams.

The painting process consists of three steps:
Washing, Sanding and 2*1 coat.

The chassis and tipper is lined with complete
epoxy primer (oven drying) and coated with
acrylic paint in desired color which is
specified by the customers
