Superstructure |
- The body is produced from durable steel plate
MC**0 against impacts.
- Adjustable springs on
endcoverare connected on the upper side which allows a
flexibility in terms of opening and closing from the
bottom.
- Plastic mallets are additionally installed in
terms of protection from wear and tear and to dampen noise when it
comes to contact with rack ground.

Hydraulic |
- Damper movement is provided by level 5 heavy
telescopic cylinder which provides *3⁰tilt angle.Lift Cold Draw Seamless Pipe
- Oil reservoir has suction filter, damper
pneumatic remote, two speed lowering valve and a limit control
security.
- Oil tank must be added to trailer, hydraulic
contact between trailer and conveyor is provided by 2
sockets.

Chassis |
- Strengthened I section centre members are
welded automatically between **0/*2 mm bottom or top flat steel and
5 mm hub plate by being submerged in the welding
machine.
- These racks are supported against twisting by
binding with axle beams.
- Short back lobe suitable for asphalt paver
finisher.
- Pliable cylinder pipe bumper, suitable for
asphalt paver finisher.

Axle Shaft |
- 3 axles with load capacity of *2 tons are
used
- The axles are equipped with cast drum and
nodular cast hub, brake linings conforming to TSE norms and
heavy-duty brake levers.
- One of the axles features a pneumatic lifting
system controlled from inside the cabin.

Brake Equipment |
- *1/**0/EWG ff brake system according to EC
standards is used (WABCO brand)
- Standard brake system is supported by automatic
slack adjusters, spring parking brakes, 2S/2M ABS and RSS (=Roll
Stability Support) to provide a safe drive.
- In emergency case, a safe brake assembly
supports the *0**0 on-axle.

- Steel King-pin which is 2ʺ according to DIN
****0 standards is used.

Electrical Equipment |
- The electrical assembly complies with SAE
standards and adheres to TUV regulations.
- Electricity is provided by a *-pin plug from
vehicle.
- All necessary traffic advisory and stoplights
on both sides
- There are back lights, brake lights, license
plate lamps, trailer reflectors and orange colored warning lights
on the sides.

- Two speed, telescopic and mechanical conveyor
legs with a capacity of *4 tons.

Paint/Color |
- The painting process consists of three steps:
Washing, Sanding and 2*1 coat.
- The chassis and tipper is lined with complete
epoxy primer (oven drying) and coated with acrylic paint in desired
color which is specified by the customers
request.
