Structure: This machine offers processing on fixed workpiece and of gantry moving structure. It’s a CNC laser cutting machine of two-axis linkage and is controlled by three-axis, in which X-axis and Y-axis linkage are responsible for two dimensions cutting, while Z-axis tracks the surface of workpiece.
Guide&Drive: Three CNC axes are all oriented by two rolling guide rails, the servomotor-controlled ball screw is respondsible for the transmission. The AC servo motor is of Yaskawa Brand, the ball strew and the guideway are from Hiwin.
Controlling System:Professional Industrial Control Computer and PMC control card from the USA which are easy to operate; professional cutting control software is compatible with CAD and automatic text programming.
