Product Description

CCS-Z™ is a concentrated pigment dispersion, in aqueous solution, binder free, without alkyl phenol-ethoxylates (APEO-Free) and solvents (VOC-Free).
CCS-Z™ is a fluid, ready to use paste with machine dispensing consistency (both volumetric and gravimetric), specifically designed for the tinting of water and solvent based architectural coatings.
The product has good light and weathering resistance with a complete selection of colorants for both interior and exterior use.
 

Applications

The patented wetting and dispersing system used for CCS-Z™ formulations ensures a wide compatibility with the most common decorative paints and coatings.
This tinting product is suitable to tint water borne paints and coatings of all kind, based on aqueous emulsion resins such as acrylic, styrol-acrylic, vinyl-, latex, silicone, etc.
For solvent based systems, CCS-Z™ is compatible with most common products for decorative use, mainly based on medium-long oil alkyd resins.

Safety and environment

CCS-Z™ grants the greatest environment protection and the maximum safety for users and consumers. These tinting pastes do not contain substances classified as dangerous for health and environment, also all formulations are VOC-Free so they do not contribute to solvent emission during the application and drying of colored coatings.
The polymeric wetting and dispersing systems used in the formulation are highly biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
The product formulation contains no-dangerous substances for health and environment, it is classified as not dangerous and is labeling free in Europe (EU).
