EW***8BJ White Color Masterbatch

EW***8BJ masterbatchuse excellent rutile TiO2, don't contain any CaCO3 filler, it is compound with the base resin and a little disperser, produced by advanced extrude machine.  EW ***8BJ masterbatch don't contain any nocuous producing agent like as fluorescent whitener.  EW ***8BJ masterbatch has good dispersion property and good opacity in base resin. It can be add easily in various polyolefin products which has opacity demand.  EW ***8BJ masterbatch, its advantage on the high concentration Tio2, good dispersion property, good opacity and smaller additive ratio.have competitive price.

Usage:

EW***8BJ masterbatchcan be used to make various plastic film.Customer can adjust its additive ratio from 5%~*0%, don't need to change old technology and old produce line, only need to adjust produce temperature. 

Product Property:

1) Smaller additive ratio will improve film's opacity obviously, for long time storage, the film will not change color.

2) Green

EW***8BJ masterbatch don't have any nocuous producing agent like as fluorescent whitener, it has SGS testing report.

3) Better fluidity and better process property , customer don’t need to change equipment and processing technique.

Package, Transportations and Storage:

1) PE heavy-duty bag , *5kg / bag.

2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.

3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under *0°C for *0 minutes.
