This Interfolder unit is used to unwind jumbo tissue raw material rolls, which are then slit to desired width, perforated, and folded using vacuum suction, with the option of various kinds of embossing units equipped with push-pull clutch system as not to damage the rollers when not in use.
Loaded with the latest technology you can easily produce tissues to the desired count using a touch screen Human-Machine-Interface. Various sensors are installed to detect abnormalities, and safely stop the operating machine. We make sure to install the best PLCs in the market to ensure effective and trouble free operation of the machine.
Basic Specifications:
According to customer requirements the Interfolder can be built to desired raw material jumbo roll width, core, and outside diameter. Standard core diameter: 3 inches (7.*2 mm), outside diameter of ***0 mm, and widths vary depending on client requirements (up to ***0 mm for the 6 line Interfolder).
