Electric control machine clutch is equipped with an alarm.It goes off while the clutch runs ,so as to ensure safety of operators.
Combined chain type is applied to feed paper manually.
Plane eletric fine adjustment mechanism is equipped.It adjusts quickly and accurately.Its operation and stop can be adjusted within **0 degrees clockwise or anticlockwise.
When the machine is stopped,the inker will break away from the printing surface automaticallly so as to avoid damaging the print plate.
Automatic idle dvice of the rubber wheel prevents printing ink from drying up while the machine is paused.
Electronic counter is equipped and can control printing quantity of paperboard correctly.
Spray-type cycle is applied for gear lubrication, so as reduse noise,extend service life of gears and improve precision of color process.
Pneumatic diaphragm pump is equipped and can cycle and transfer water ink automatically.
Paper trimming and scoring device is optional.
