Product Description

> Flocking Sheet

We provide Nylon / Viscose Flocking Sheet for your Flock Label production.
The customer simply need to print label-outline-artwork with glue by screen-printing on this Flocking Sheet, and spread Hot melt powder. Then, Flocking Transfer label are on your hand.

Single / Multi Color Flocking Sheet

The customer can order favourite color sheet from our color selection.
If the customer want to order multi-color flocking sheet, the customer need to specify those color and flocking area artwork.
We can provide 2 / 3 / 4 color flocking sheet.
In case the customer need 5 color or more, or include gradation pattern, we also can provide but discuss in each case.

Flocking Area Size : Fixed size of *2cm x *7cm for flocking area.
Sheet Size : The base film size is **3cm larger than flocking area.
Pile Length : 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm

Standard Color : *0 standard color for customer's selection.(not all color available for all pile length)
Custom Color Pile
The Customer can order Custom color flocking pile from **0kgs.(MOQ)
**0kgs flocking pile is enough for ***0sheets of single color flocking sheet.

ADg-WGLF : Water base Glue for flocking sheet
special blended eco-friendly Water-Base Glue for flocking label printing.
ADg-WHDF : Accelarate Additive for 'Water base Glue for flocking sheet'
To accelarate cure rate and to improve printing productivity.
ADg-GLP : Hot melt adhesive powder
Spread our ADg-GLP (#**0, #**0, #**0) onto our flocking sheet printed with water base glue and stick as label's adhesive.
