Water base Screen Print Ink system for Heat Transfer Label

Selection of a total of *2 standard color inks, vivid color, good color fastness.
These inks are especially suitable for heat-transfer label that printed by screen printing.
The minimum order quantity is **0kgs for each colors.

Dilute our Water-base ink, Water base Transparent Medium, Enhanced Combine agent and Migration resistant.
This diluent can avoid to increase fragility of label surface, compare with when you diluted with a kind of distilled water.

This should be mixed into our water-based inks and glues before printing.
And accelerate its drying rate.
Please finish to use mixed inks with this accelerator as soon as possible.
(Drying time is depends on the additive amount and your factory environment, but generally within several hours. Check your process consume volume and mix the accelerator.)

This material can enhance the bonding strength between the each printed layer of "Heat-Transfer label" and prevent interlayer peeling problem.
You can print this agent between ink layer and adhesive layer, Transparent medium layer and Hot melt powder layer, and so on.

You can mix with your water-base pigment and get your original color ink.
If you print this agent itself between some layers of your label, it strengthen optimal elasticity and tensile resistance for heat transfer label body.
So, you can transfer that label on swimming wear, inner wear, sports wear, etc.
Also you can use as "thickness builder" for High-density label.

This is water-base hot melt adhesive, and printed as a final layer of heat transfer labels.
You can use this glue for most of ordinary textile surface.

You can use this powder instead of above glue.

In addition, this PA based powder can reinforce the bonding strength and washing resistance for "Heat-Transfer label" by mixing into the above glue too.

Print this resistant on the base layer of heat transfer label to resist the fabric dye migration to the label surface.
This Migration resistant is "Carbon-Black type" only.
