What is Foam Cutting?
 
Foam’s main raw material is latex. However, natural latex could not respond the demand at the market. Therefore, scientists made polyurethane rawmaterial and they have accomplished producing foam from polyurethane. Flexible polyurethane foams are in high demand because of their open cells, flexible structure and light weight. All these products are made by blocks, following plates.
Polyethylene foam cutting product present more flexibility and lower production cost than other polyurethane foams. Density is in kg / m³ and it is one of the most important properties of the foam. Density effects durability and support power of the foam. Higher densities keep their original properties for longer times. Usually they find use in automotive sector.

Applications of Foam Cutting

• Furniture Sector: Foam cutting is usually seen in economical beds (yellow or grey colors), interior of the chairs, edge of chairs and special production
• Construction Sector: Thin 3 mm foam cutting products are used for insulation and covering purposes
• Packaging sector: Foam cutting is used to avoid damage to goods during transportation. Polyethylene could be used as well.
• Promotion Sector

• Foam cutting is made accordingly to the density, thickness and colors chosenç Most common foam cutting  colors are light grey and antacid. We prefer *2 in density with grey color.
