What is Rebonded Foam Cutting?
 
Rebonded foam is made by recycling scrap Polyurethane foam, which is harder and denser than foam. The high heat and sound insulation provides bondex to be used in many industrial sectors. In addition, increasing of reuse reduces the junk cost. Production costs are not as much even though it is a petrol based product. It is an economical recyled product.
 
Applications of Rebonded Foam Cutting

• Use of rebonded foam cutting in Furniture Sector: Special cut bondexes are used in invisible parts of the furniture. It is economical.
• Use of rebonded foam cutting in Construction Sector: Usually used either as 1 m x 2 m plates or they are cut as stripes and used as durable support material between steel parts. Rbonded foam cutting are important for the sector as they have high sound insulation values.
• At insulation sector, rebonded foam cutting can be used by coating with thin nonwoven tela, and it  provides sound insulation such as in conference rooms
• Rebonded cutting foam applications in automotive sector find place in door & trunk panels, and in seat foams to fill empty spaces in seats and as support since they are economical.

• Rebonded foam cutting parts are produced according to the density and thickness preferred
• Production between **0 - **0 kg  / m³ with  **0 – **0 kg / m³ the most common one

• Series Cut: The bondex material is first cut into thin plates giving 1 m x 2 m plates to different dimensions. Color is limited.

• Strapping: Gluing application or double tape with yellow transparent silicone can be used
• Assembly: Different parts come together through lamination
